THE FLAX SEED MEAL - This super-food is loaded with 16 macro and micro nutrients including Omega-3 fatty acids lignans and fiber. They are a great source of plant-based protein as well.

THE CHIA SEED MEAL - This is the other super-food which has an impressive nutritional profile and is a great source of anti-oxidants. Chia seeds soaked in water is a doctor approved recipe to keep a person hydrated. 

THE BREWERS YEAST - This ingredient is limited to the lactation cookies. Though the studies are limited on this one, its effect on improving breastmilk supply is long known for all types of animals. Our Brewers Yeast has a protein concentration of 40%, which means the mommy and the baby have no need to worry about nutrition and nourishment.

THE NUTS AND DRIED FRUITS - Need we say more about the health benefits of nuts and dried fruits? Our menu is thoughtfully curated to include adequate quantities of nuts along with dried fruits, keeping your health in mind.

THE CHOCOLATE - Healthy? Yes, haven't you heard? Chocolate is believed to contain high levels of antioxidants. Some studies also suggest that chocolate could lower cholesterol levels and prevent memory decline. THE JAGGERY and SUGARS - What's a cookie without sugar? But keeping your health in mind, we add jaggery instead, to make sure you receive the best of both worlds - taste and health. We are constantly working in this area to be able to keep up the taste with minimal sugars.

THE NO PRESERVATIVES RULE - As a principle, we add zero preservatives to your cookies. They are as freshly baked as they could be and they will reach you so. Store them according to the instructions and you will not have to worry about anything else.
